You can install LibertyOS on systems that satisfy the Minimum Requirements.

Recommended System Requirements
Here, the Recommended System Requirements would allow even a fairly new individual to install LibertyOS to easily setup a functional system with sufficient room for comfort.

Visual Effects
Visual effects provide your desktop with various optional special graphical effects to make it look more fun and more user-friendly. Even if your computer is powerful enough to run visual effects, you can turn them off and still have a usable desktop system.
If you have a GPU (graphics card or integrated chipset) that is supported, visual effects are turned on by default. Supported producers of GPUs:
